MOSCOW, May 12 (PRIME) -- Key shareholder of fertilizer producer UralChem Dmitry Mazepin became CEO of the company starting from Wednesday, the company said in a statement.
"A brand new stage in development of companies Uralkali and UralChem has begun, which is to give our mutual work synergy, cut operating and administrative costs, boost management efficiency," Mazepin said in the statement.
Dmitry Konyayev was appointed chairman of the board of directors.
